Questions About Your First Visit?

How long should I plan for my appointment?

Most first-time Glow Consultation Package visits last about 60–75 minutes from check-in to check-out. If you are considering injectables or additional add-ons, allow up to 90 minutes so you never feel rushed.

Do I need to stop any skincare or medications before my visit?

We will send pre-visit guidance once you book. In general, we may ask you to pause certain active ingredients (like strong retinoids or exfoliants) for a few days before your appointment and to share any medications or medical conditions so we can tailor your treatment safely.

Is there any downtime after treatments?

Most of our first-visit facials and light peels have little to no downtime—your skin may look slightly flushed for a short period, then noticeably fresh and hydrated. If you choose injectables, your provider will walk you through potential bruising, swelling, and after-care so you can plan around events.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a small fee. Full details are provided at booking.
